What appears to be an open-and-shut case, quickly gains speed as one of the jurors begins opening the others’ eyes to the facts. Tensions rise as the verdict begins to turn personal, with each juror revealing his or her own character and prejudices as the various testimonies are re-examined. Based on the award-winning tele-play by Reginald Rose and adapted by Sherman L. Sergel, 12 Angry Jurors will captivate audiences with its unique set positioning and constant-turning plot.

Performances will take place at 7:30 p.m. November 4-6 and at 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 7 in the Mabee Little Theatre (Black Box) in the Robert W. Brown Performing Arts Center. Admission is free to C-SC students, faculty, and staff. Admission for the public is $10 for adults and $5 for non/C-SC students and seniors.

This production of 12 Angry Jurors is directed by David Lane, Lecturer of Speech and Theatre Education, with production design by Andy Trusley, Assistant Professor of Theatre.  For further information or reservations, please contact the fine arts office at 573-288-6346 or finearts@culver.edu.
