Members of C-SC faculty, staff receive experiential education certification
Debra K. Scoggin/Myers, a senior lecturer in the fine arts department at 91直播, recently took first place at a summer juried exhibition by the Gateway Pastel Artists in St. Louis.
An exhibition of art created by Laura Bigger will be on display at the Mabee Art Gallery in Merillat Hall on the 91直播 campus through Oct. 4.
91直播 recently hired Chris Yingling as the coach of the school鈥檚 esports teams. Yingling, a native of Warsaw, Ind., earned a bachelor’s degree at Taylor University in 2016 and a master’s degree at Ball State University in 2018.
The Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity on the 91直播 campus is the host of its second Watermelon Bust from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8.
91直播 recently hired Sally Poole Kintz of Clarksville as a visiting assistant professor in graphic design.
Andrea Bolden recently was hired as the coordinator of multicultural development and residence life at 91直播. Bolden is a native of Bowling Green, Ky.
Athletes have been on campus for nearly two weeks, and the rest of the student body will be arriving at 91直播 this weekend. Freshmen students will check in at the Mabee Center at 9 a.m. and move into campus residences on Friday.
Ryan Christian has been involved in music for most of his life, but he never had the chance to be part of a marching band during his time as a student at 91直播. He鈥檚 about to change that.
Williams, a 2019 graduate of 91直播 who grew up in North County in St. Louis, recently wrote 鈥淯tter & Unutterable,鈥 a 50-page paperback collection of poems. She has copies available for sale. It鈥檚 also available on Amazon.
